The Hall of Fame and Lifetime achievements is a prestigious award and honor given to the horses and riders that have not only showcased their wonderful talents but have also achieved at least 10 Division Champions (Grand, Reserve, and highpoint) in their time here with Hartwig Farms. These horses and riders have dedicated themselves to the sport and what better way to recognize their achievements then to induct them into our Hall of Fame and Lifetime recognition program! Congratulations Riders and Horses!

Addyson Storts and Glo Amber Amber was a wonderful show partner who had been there and done that over and over again. She came out of retirement for a year to show with me. She was quiet and easy to have in the barn. She taught me about reining and I taught her hunter under saddle. She was a great show partner who was recognized as the oldest horse to successfully place in the top 10 (4x) at quarter horse Congress in 2023 at 29 years old.
Cecelia Conway and Ke Ja Co. Herger.
Herger is such an incredible horse and it was a gift of a lifetime to be able to ride him for his last two Show seasons he's happily retired now and enjoying life as a feral Pony who thrives off begging for treats from Little Children

Michelle Parker and Lazy Southern Belle
Scarlett is retired now, but she and I were doing a lot of online shows when I found out about the Hartwig community. Right away I knew this was a special group and have been showing ever since for the past two or so years! Scarlett spends her days raising her foals, Violet (yearling) and Sailor (4.5 months). She is very spoiled and loved!

Jessica Pelissier and Me First
Miss Miley is the most willing and versatile horse I have ever had. She has never told me no, even if she gets spicy or has an opinion about whatever crazy things we are doing. She shows at the rated Morgan shows and wins championships (barefoot ) shows at the open shows and Hartwig Farms, which has allowed me to keep showing this year even with an injury, we do search and rescue, parades and community events with the Whitman County Sheriff's Posse, hunt elk and pack into the mountains, work cows, rodeo and run flags. She has had some adventures of roping and dragging a longhorn cow that was also trying to get us with her horns, wrangling pigs on her own that had escaped and her newest injury comes from fighting a bear, yes, like Whinny the Pooh, but a juvenile black bear. Luckily, we only have some leg injuries from that, but may be recovering for the next few months. I love my chestnut mares, but she is something special for sure.
Skye Buckner Lena Dual Dandi (Mae)
Mae and I have enjoyed competing in the Hartwig Farms series so much! She won a lot of her first ribbons & medals in these series! We took some time off while she had some foals, but we will be back in action here soon!

Jennifer Triumph and The Big Ace
The Big Ace has shown us all what true grit and heart look like. After facing a surgery that nearly ended his career, Ace made an incredible comeback thanks to patience, determination, and the opportunities provided by Hartwig Farms horse shows. We started back at the very beginning with simple in-hand work, easing into halter and in-hand trail classes, and from there his confidence and strength grew with every step. Today, Ace is not just back—he’s thriving. He has earned 9 Champion, 3 Reserve Champion, and 18 High Point titles across a variety of divisions, from Dressage and Sport Horse to Trail and Fun Division. On top of those incredible wins, Ace has also received three Grand Champion titles and one Supreme Champion through the Merit Awards program, proving that his talent and perseverance shine across the board. What makes these achievements even more special is the journey itself. Ace returned to the dressage ring with style, tackled the challenge of walking over a bridge, and embraced every new opportunity with enthusiasm. His accomplishments stand as a reminder that setbacks don’t define the future, they set the stage for even greater victories. The Hartwig Farm community is owed so much thanks and appreciation for everything Ace has accomplished through these series. His journey is one of resilience, determination, and joy, and it is clear that even greater successes are still ahead for him all thanks to Hartwig Farms.

Krystal Hindman and As You Wish Princess Buttercup
Buttercup and I began our show career with Hartwig, and from the very first day, it became more than just a place to compete. Those early experiences built my confidence, showed me where I needed to improve as a rider with a disability, and helped me realize I was capable of more than I thought, that I had the potential to become an accomplished equestrian.
What made Hartwig special was its community. From the beginning, I was welcomed with open arms and treated with the same respect as every other competitor. I never felt like an afterthought or an outsider.
The exceptional classes were held in just as high regard as every other class, and that support made me feel that I truly belonged. I feel both humbled and honored to be inducted into the Hartwig Hall of Fame. It represents not only the partnership Buttercup and I developed over the years, but also the inclusion, support, and respect we received from this community. Hartwig gave us a place to grow, to be challenged, and to be recognized, and for that, I will always be grateful.

Deanna Ross and Twilight On the Rocks
I've had Twilight On the Rocks aka Reba (The Diva) for 10 1/2 years now. Prior to Covid we did the breed shows AQHA and PtHA since she's also registered Solid Pinto. She's earned points in both associations. Since Covid I've found the Virtual Horse Shows and haven't looked back. These shows have let me show all of my horses that range from 15 to 25, at minimal cost. I was so happy to run across Hartwig Farms virtual shows in 2022 and was a participant until sometime in 2024. We earned the High Point Horse/ Rider in 2022 and 2023. I thank you for the great series you put together and look forward to participating again in the future. This is quite an honor to be an inductee, and I'm in awesome company with the others who join me.

Chris Francilo and Sundancers Satins
Leroy, aka Sundancers Satins 2010 AQHA stallion that I purchased in 2021 as a good broke trail horse and I was his 5th registered owner in his 11 yrs of life. Started training in the spring of 2022 and entered Hartwig Farms halfway through the summer. We've had a lot of bumps in the roads, a lot of figuring him out mentally to see what worked and fixing past people made problems. Through it all, he stepped up to the plate, proving every step of the way he was always worth it! Worth every ribbon, every high point, and every championship. Leroy and I have an unbreakable bond now and a forever home with me.

Molly Lewis and Act of Valor
Valor/V, Galiceno Draft Warmblood cross that was born in 2014 I purchased Valor as 5 year old to be my main show jumper but life had other plans. After owning Valor for 5 days, he spooked badly and threw me into the indoor wall, which we then found he broke my back. Coming back from this injury, my confidence in my riding and in my new horse was absolutely broken. In 2022, Valor was diagnosed with PSSM Type 2, chronic muscle disorder. Changing up his diet and the way I ride him started regrowing our trust in each other. In 2023, Valor & I started showing in the Hartwig Farm virtual shows series to help grow our confidences. Through the series, we have made some amazing friends that have become family and received some great tips & tricks from the judges, which helped grow V's & my relationship. After many setbacks with confidence between V and myself for the last 5 years, we found we have an unbreakable bond and respect for each other. All my achievements that I have received all goes to my talented boy and it's an honor he chose me. |
I have owned Lucky’s Apache Sky since he was 9 months old, he is now 16. Apache is a registered Paint/ Pinto who has accumulated many points on his show record. His breeding, he is the offspring of Lucky Two Straws, from Harris Paint Horses in Federalsburg, Maryland and Shea Shania in Sidney Center, N.Y Apache has been shown mainly in the Hunter Jumper Division over his long career, earning many awards. Unfortunately, due to an injury he was retired from jumping. Apache does not like retirement, so we tried some low-level dressage which he did well in. During Covid, we found Hartwig Farms online show and fell in love with everything they had to offer. We started doing Halter classes and loved it, earning many beautiful awards. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and had to stop showing. Now with Chemotherapy and surgery behind me, we are starting back up again and I am very excited to once again be able to showcase his abilities. I am so honored to be an inductee in The Hartwig Farms Hall of Fame. Thank you, Hartwig Farms, for everything you do.
