O.H.S.A Point Submission Form
How to enter on our Facebook page:

1. Visit the Facebook Show Page
2. Read all rules, regulations and fee documents for the show
3. Fill out the show entry form. Every new show has a form that must be filled out. 
4. If you want to enter the Series End Award Program, you must fill out the sign-up form as well. 
5. Send all entry fees to [email protected] via Paypal friends and Family Option.
6. Once all forms have been filled out and fees paid, you can now enter the classes. 
7. Take your photos or Film your videos and upload to YouTube, make sure Your name and Horses name is in the upload.
You will need to upload these to the Tiles, you can find the tiles in the “featured” section of the facebook page. Or you can find them.
Under “Media” on the facebook page click “albums”



8. Find the Album of the current show.
​9. Find the tile under that album that shows the class name and description you are wanting to enter.
10. Click “comment”
11. Upload your video or photo, making sure to include your name, and your horses name in the post.
Make sure the post successfully uploads and does not show "pending", if you need help, please contact me.
12. Repeat for all classes you want to enter.
